The decorations are mostly cotton sheets painted with acrylic fluorescent paint.
\nIn his work he tries to communicate our awareness of all beauties and often obscurities of world.<\/p>\n
Cyreal is part of art\/deco\/festival crew Ufo Bufo \u00a0team from Ostrava.\u00a0who are trying to make the party place more colorful, more creative. His decorations are abstract, some of them are concret. He is also part of label\/crew Arkona creation<\/a>\u00a0.<\/p>\n He tries to express how we perceive the universe, the divinity, the organic and unorganic world, the female and male elements. He is trying to work with the place of the party to do it more various.<\/p>\n All his effort is made because he loves painting, because of meeting people (like psytrance freaks:)\u00a0 who are his motivation to do his decos better and better and because he loves the atmosphere for the psychedelic parties and its music of course. Psychedelic decorations and ornamentations are a substantial part of every good psy-trance party, they help to reach higher states of consciousness. \u201cPsychedelic\u201d means \u201cmind-evolving, mind-broadening\u201d. Artwork includes many experiments \u2013 use of various techniques, materials, styles and themes. The content is often based on \u201cabstractization\u201d and ornamenting natural, technical, architectonical and other phenomena. His work is a means of communication. Nature, love, technology, cyberspace, mystic stories of travelling into other dimensions, micro and macrocosmos, future and history \u2013 these are another sources of inspiration. Psychedelic music is based mainly on a \u201cstory\u201d of psychedelic sound. In combination with psychedelic decorations, it can take you away to other worlds, foreign landscapes and galaxies. Everything is communicating and speaking not only to our imagination. Cyreal is living in Ostrava, Czech republic. In 2006 he graduates at The Institut for Artistic Studies \u2013 Art section, at University of Ostrava, subject Free and applied graphic art. Then he spent one year in London.<\/p>\n He was born in Novy Jicin. He was interested in painting already as a child. Cyreal started his studies of art at University of Ostrava. In 2001-2003 he made 9 decorations as a member of Fluorobotanics and participated in decorating many parties in The Czech Republic (Sonic Distortion parties, Tribal Vision parties \u2013 Prague, Ostrava, Brno and many more…), Slovakia ( Cosmic Dance parties \u2013 Pie\u0161\u0165any, Hill Top \u2013 Rimavsk\u00e1 Sobota, parties in Nitra) and also in London ( The Last Prophecy \u2013 2003) and Portugal (A Cerimonia \u2013 2003). Cyreal is also one of organization members team of psychedelic music and art festival Cosmic frog ( 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, Vibe 2012, Ufo Bufo 2013,2014) and occasionally is making psy- trance parties in Czech republic ( Psylocybernautika 2009, Alchemystic night 2010, Basic solution I 2010, Winter demonization 2011, 2012)<\/p>\n In the meantime he continues working with reflexive paints and sprays. Cyberspace: In this thesis he deals with notions of psychedelic space, virtual space, cyberpunk, postmodernism, he studies relations among them. <\/p>\n
\nCyreal was member of Cybofunk crew witch was found in 2003, before that it was part of Flurobotanics decoration crew.<\/p>\n
\nIn Greek this word is composed of \u201cpsyche\u201d – soul, and \u201cdelun\u201d – disclose. The decorations are one of the factors enabling \u201ctravelling\u201d into other dimensions, into world of imagination and fantasy beyond ordinary reality.
\nDecorations can be installed indoors ( clubs, chillout, tearooms as well as outdoors ( festivals).<\/p>\n
\nIt is an expression of his feelings, visions, emotions and our energy. He animates our images. They live lives of their own, they are born, they grow, evolve and die.<\/p>\n
\nThe fluorescent glare of landscapes, mandalas, architectonical and technical elements, abstract ornaments and symbols\u2026this magical world of decorations creates a visual atmosphere which is one of the essences of a good psy-trance party.<\/p>\n
\nIn the state of intensive enjoyment we reach a harmony with all the universe and with oneself. A psy-trance party experience is a sacrament bringing love into our souls.<\/p>\n
\nIn summer 1999 he went to his first psy-trance party and was absolutely amazed by the music, visual impression and general atmosphere. He decided to try fluorescent painting and create decorations.
\nHe mades a small atelier in his garage, bought fluoro paints and started creating his first decoration on a cotton sheet.
\nFluorescent painting enraptured him by its \u201cmagical cosmic luminosity\u201d. Soon he started experimenting with various techniques and materials.<\/p>\n
\nIn\u00a0 2003 he leaves Fluorobotanics and sets up Cybofunk with another ex-fluorobotanic \u2013 Borut.
\nCyreal keeps on working, creating more backdrops, lykra-deco and decorations, and decorates many parties as Cybofunk: CZ (Prague \u2013 Cross Club parties, Bio-parties, Matrix club, \u00a0Ostrava indoor and outdoor parties), Slovakia ( Hill Top festivals \u2013 2005, Pie\u0161\u0165any parties, Mystika – 2007, 2009,2010, Chvatimech 2009, 2010 2011 and Psyalaska parties), India (New Delhi, Elevate club – 2006), Belgium ( Gent, 2006), Sweden – Goteborg, 2006,2007), Romania ( Transylvania calling festival, 2007), Italy ( Roenassaince festival 2009), Switzerland ( Timegate, 2010), Poland ( Katowice – 2009, 2011), Ukraine ( Trancecarpatiarts – 2010), Lituania ( Arkona creation, 2010), Finland ( Helsinki, 2011), Germany ( Norimberk 2011, Berlin 2012, Augsburg 2012, Stuttgart 2013), and London squat parties (Dr.Love\u00b4s Hatchback Flashback- 2004 and M.D.M.A. party -2005).
\nAfter his moving to London(2006) he created about 10 backdrops more and he decorated some London clubs( Mass, Coronet,\u00a0 Enigma in Brighton) and of course squat underground parties ( Kamouflage vs. Digital hive, Kamouflage vs 24\/7,One tribe, New Age, Alchemist, Psy invasion, Shattered barries a many more during 2006-2013.<\/p>\n
\nIn 2006 he graduates at The Institut for Artistic Studies at University of Ostrava, with his diploma thesis entitled Cyberspace.<\/p>\n
\nIts graphic part is composed of 9 pictures \u2013 collages, created by combining painting (flourescent paint and sprays) and graphics (photos and sketches modified by a graphic programme, serigraphic art technique)..
